There’s a line drawn in the sand, sometimes so faint we can hardly see it.
On one side lies balance and equanimity, a life driven by values, spaciousness, and the beauty of the everyday. It fills and calms us. On the other side lives chaos, a life driven by our obsessions and the systems that manipulate them. It depletes and exhausts us.
